I am considering the idea of making the piece I am planning on doing to Smother by Daughter (see day 145) the film element for the January show choreography. One of the visual ideas I have been thinking about is to collect footage of myself, friends and family and my cast doing everyday things and then adjusting the speed etc. This will be interspersed with some of the choreographic themes we are working on in the workshops; which will also be performed live at the same time.
Today's video is a tester for this idea. My lovely housemates and I sat
down to a fantastic roast dinner tonight so here we are just about to
sit down.
